2008-10-30	Streaming MP3 player updated
	Thank you for your patience. We have updated the site's streaming MP3 player and the problem with Flash 10 seems to be resolved. Please do not hesitate to contact us however if you encounter difficulties.
2008-10-26	Upgrading to Flash 10 breaks streaming
	We've just discovered that upgrading your PC to Flash 10 causes the streaming audio on the site to stop working. We're investigating the problem and hope to have a solution shortly. Our apologies for the trouble.
2008-09-14	Server Upgraded
	If you are reading this, you are accessing our new server. We've removed the 1Mbps bandwidth cap (at least for now) so you should find downloads and general navigation to be a bit faster. Please let us know if you find anything amiss.
2008-03-29	RSS (Podcast) feeds now available
	We've added podcasting feeds so that you can now subscribe to receive Dharma talks as they are added to the site or to receive the latest talks recorded by a teacher. Please let us know if you have comments.

	Twelve talks from Joseph Goldstein's 1974 Naropa Institute lectures series entitled "Essential Buddhism" are now available online, click here to access them.

	We apologize for the rather spotty service over the last few days. We have now added more system memory to better cope with the site's traffic.

	Due to the severe weather in California, our hosting provider in Sacramento has lost power several times and knocked the site off the air. Please bear with us.

	We've added 86 of Steve Armstrong's talks from the early 1990's through 2003. They can be viewed by clicking here
2007-09-23	Teacher pages redesigned
	We've removed the talk listings from the teacher pages so they're easier to browse (and they total 8 pages now instead of 142!). Please let us know if you find something amiss or worthy of improvement.
2007-09-09	New talks from Tara Brach and Joseph Goldstein's Satipatthana Series
	Joseph Goldstein's Satipatthana Sutta series continues this year with 8 further recordings from the Forest Refuge (parts 24 through 31). And 73 of Tara Brach's talks from the archive have been added, spanning 1994-2006. Joseph Goldstein's Satipatthana Tara Brach's talks
2007-09-04	200 Talks Added
	About 200 talks from our back catalog have been added to the site from these teachers: Carol Wilson (14), Jose Reissig (47), Myoshin Kelley (21), Rodney Smith (90), Ven Ariya Nani (3), Ven Henepola Gunaratana (23). We've also added a "sort by date added" facility so that newly added talks can be easily found even if they were recorded some time ago.
2007-08-25	Dharma Seed Announcements now available on Google Groups
	We now send our Dharma Seed news messages to the Google group "Dharmaseed-Announcements". This allows you to receive them as email by subscribing to the group. You can do this by clicking here and then on the "Join this group" link on the right-hand side of the page that appears.
2007-07-22	Retreat Talks Update
	The Retreat Talks Page has been revamped so that talks from the general collection can also be accessed here "by retreat". Please give it a try. In addition, 128 new talks from recent IMS retreats have been added to the repository. Be well!
2007-05-31	Welcome to the new Dharma Seed!
	Welcome visitors. We have created this website as part of our transition to becoming a fully virtual entity. Beginning June 1st, we will no longer be producing physical media. We do hope however that by putting our archive online we will continue to meet the needs of Dharma students for years to come. Currently there are over 500 talks available here; as time and resources permit, we will be bringing several thousand more online. We are interested in hearing your opinion of the site.
